During group coaching, people meet who share a common issue or are interested in the same topic. Each individual person works on their own problems and, at the same time, they can make use of the entire group’s wealth of experience when reflecting on and finding solutions for their personal issues. The different perspectives of the group members also help in expanding the range of ideas and in taking different roles and points of view.
As a coach, we help this process along. Possible topics could be for example: managing conflicts, planning one’s career, reflecting on your role, identifying and using your own potentials.
