No two teams are alike; after all, in a team people cooperate who have different personalities, skills, systems of values, and ways of working. High degrees of pressure to succeed and to be on time as well as unclear responsibilities are often the reasons why the team’s results are less than optimal. Team coaching is a successful method to improve cooperation and to get all team members on board. What is the structure of the team like, how does communication take place, where are any bottlenecks, have the role and task allocations been clearly defined? All team members are involved in the process and commit themselves to the goals and results developed together.
