Since founding the Institute for Personnel Development and Coaching in 2006, I have successfully established myself as a specialist in this field. I work nationwide and internationally. systemic solution-oriented coaching

This coaching method strengthens your skills and focuses on goal setting and problem solving. It emphasizes your successes and develops creative visions for the future. The coaching also takes your environment into account in order to find sustainable solutions. The aim is to promote your self-control and self-responsibility in order to master professional and personal challenges.

group coaching

In a group coaching, you work on your own issues and at the same time benefit from the wealth of experience of the group, which brings in different perspectives. As a coach, I accompany the process and provide methodical support. The focus is on topics such as conflict management, career planning and role reflection, as well as recognizing and exploiting potential.

individual coaching

Are you in over your head right now? Are you experiencing problematic situations and don't know what to do? Are you having difficulties with colleagues, employees or managers who are draining your energy? Are you treading water and simply not getting anywhere? My aim is to work with you intensively to develop your own skills, solve specific problems in a goal-oriented way and master professional and personal challenges.

Ich begann ein Coaching bei Frau Topan, um mich in meiner Rolle als Forschungsgruppenleiter zu professionalisieren und in meiner wissenschaftlichen Karriere im Allgemeinen weiterzuentwickeln.
